Restaurant & Food Science

The Restaurant & Food Science Course at Haganässkolan is arranged over 3-4 terms (depending on existing knowledge) and corresponds to full-time studies. The course includes work experience in the form of workplace learning (APL).

Operated in group form, the course comprises lectures, discussions and many practical elements. During the course, you will acquire knowledge that will make you employable as a chef, which may lead to work, for example in restaurants or school canteens.
